Sanitation of your Berg liquor and beer systems is very important. Keeping the delivery system clean and sanitized means the product is safe, better tasting, and in the case of beer, less likely to foam. This in turn provides your customers with a better experience.

Berg can provide NSF approved liquor systems when this is a requirement.

It is important to sanitize all systems at installation time. This will be done by your Berg authorized dealer.

In addition, the equipment should be cleaned and regular maintenance such as cleaning the beer lines and All-Bottle pourers should be performed. In many cases, you can contract your Berg dealer for these services. Berg can also provide detailed maintenance procedures for you.

Although the use of the snapper tool can free up clogged pourers, pourers should be periodically cleaned using a pourer washer tool.
